info on rakeback

just need to ask were does the rackback that i earned go? does it go to pokerspace? does it go to my account? i have earned rakeback but i have never seen it! so how does it work? do i need to earn a certain amount? i all ready sent support a message a few times but never got a direct answer that made sense other wise i wouldnt be asking. still!

      its not gone nor does Pokerspace get your rakeback, rakeback is always paid out directly to the poker accounts on all sites and the stats on Pokerspace are only for tracking purposes of how much you should be due based on your activity ... it is always reset on a monthly base on our end (since we have to run our own reporting for obvious reasons)

      @whitney i have never ever received any kind of rake back ever! thats why im asking were does it go? do i need to make a certain amount? i know i had like $10.00 a few months back and few other times but never got anything!!

      It goes to your poker room account not on your Pokerspace account. Only Points go to your PS account.
