When I read Zed's blog the other day, I felt like I was reading an obituary. I felt shock, loss and sadness. Rio has always felt like a family to me. We get together to have a good time, we discuss how the poker world has been treating us, we argue and in most cases we make up. We ban together if one of us is in need. In my opinion the STAFF has been the most caring,hardworkingand efficient second to none. So, I just want to take this opportunity to say good-bye and THANK YOU for making my life a little brighter.

      Couldn't have said it any better mom. I too have been there since just about when they opened their doors. Hope another platform can work a deal with them because they have no equal when it comes to:
      1. Caring about their customers
      2. QUICK and THOROUGH customer service
      3. Working with affiliates

      its been great getting to know everyone, and trying to help when we can. We hope to have a new poker provider soon, but these things take time. In the meantime we still have the casino, hope to have the sportsbook up very soon.

      What you've said goes for all who have had the pleasure of playing poker at Rio and the personal contact players have had with Ken and Doug over the years. The Best site and the best owners and staff. Hopefully we will meet them again.
