      Play chips have unlimited refills. The 100 chips should be irrelevant. The tournament location is where you log into the main client click on Luvin Private and then LPP tournaments. These are for both US and non US players. You can sort it alphabetically and should scroll to Pokerspace.

      For the real money buy in games, you can locate these under Tournaments --->Private, available to only non-US players.
