I'm 54 years old, so seen a lot of the older TV shows. But I remember women used to faint a lot in the older movies and shows. Don't think I've seen a woman fainting in a hell of a long time. Never saw it real life.

So, am i crazy? i remember when women fainted like flies dying from a Raid bug spray can blast.

The only time i have seen women faint was from sun stroke!!!

Is passing out and fainting the same thing? If so then I have seen one... won't go into details.

I have seen twice how women faint, so i think they faint a lot :D

I saw my daughter's friend faint when she was 8 years old. We were watching a very sad movie where a funeral was being conducted and she became so emotional her throat closed up. She couldn't breathe and out she went.

I didn't see myself faint but I was so sick to my stomach and about to vomit. Next thing I knew my ex was picking me up from the floor. I fell face down right on my nose. Just either fainted or blacked out. What's the difference.?

I almost fainted the other day when my boss told me she forgot to approve my time card for 2 weeks worth of work LOL Other than that, the only fainting I've ever seen is when people get over-heated or have a stroke or something to that effect. Old school movies were over-dramatic. That's what made them entertaining. Kind of like Pokerspace's blogs section LOL

WAY BACK WHEN I FIRST GOT MARRIED, ONE OF THE BRIDESMAIDS DROPED DEAD OUT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEDDING, SO YES THEY DO FROM FIRST HAND EXPERENCE!!

SHE WENT TO THE DOCTOR TO BE CHECKED OUT AND WAS TOLD THAT WHAT HAPPENS ALOT WHEN PEOPLE STAND WRONG FOR SOME TIME BY LOCKING THEIR KNEES THATI T BLOCKS THEIR BLOOD FLOW SOME WHAT AND THAT LEADS TO THE BRAIN RECEIVEING LESS BLOOD, THUS CAUSING THE FAINT REACTION. SAW THAT HAPPEN MANY TIMES WHEN I WAS IN THE SERVICE AND TROOPS WERE STANDING AT ATTENTION FOR LONG PERIODS, SO IT HAPPENS TO GUYS TOO!! LOL

I've seen plenty of men fient over the years ..but no women yet .

a friend of mine fainted when she got a booster shot in high school. She hated needles and would get herself all worked up.

I fainted once...I don't remember what happened before hand but I do remember waking up afterwards and not being able to talk or move for a minute. Scary stuff. Turns out I was anemic and i had to go on all these vitamins and pills for awhile.
