greaser, she helped me, I play several clients, AP my main one (not tracked) and when UB AP merged AP literally absorbed my UB acct, yes, I opened UB to play and AP came up! ... fought with UB a long time (see very first comment on my talkboard and also PC Doc), even got UB emails answered by AP, then Michelle walked me thru and stayed rt on top of reloading UB and now i'm tracked! ... in fact UB is my only tracked acct here but i'm going to continue to try and reload my other clients (except AP, too much invested)... it does work... yeaaaaaaa Michelle!!!!

Unfortunately geaser23, even the almighty Michelle cannot fix UB or absolute for some of us. they have me tagged to another forum.
