Welcome to T.P.S.G

Hey Everyone,

Welcome to the Support Group on Pokerspace. This group is meant to serve a lot of purposes, but first and foremost it's a positive environment for people to help each other with questions, issues, and inquiries.

I will also be providing a lot of resource material on this group, so continually check it out for references on how to do things on Pokerspace!

The way that we are handling the group is:

-- Post your question on the talkboard/comment-board below

-- Read member's comments through for potential answers to your inquiries

-- For official answers, check the forum thread called "Q and A". This is a closed thread that only I will be able to answer questions on. I update thisthread as more questions are asked.

-- There are other resources in the forum section, including articles, links, and posts about various important things within the community that could be of use to you

-- The news pane will be used to alert you to issues, questions, and resources that are important to read

If you have any questions, post 'em below! Remember, if you are going to provide support for members, please DO NOT be negative. Even if the answer is obvious, treat all members and their questions with respect.

  Hello!Michelle i have been inactive for quite a while,but now i am back and would like to participate in as many freerolls and promos as is allowed.I was given a successfully registered checked mark on all my poker site and yet when i visit the poker room site,it sats that they are not tracked and i also just recently down loaded and deposited on power poker can you help me with this? and Thanks

  On the Poker Rooms page under the tab Your Registered Accounts it has a space for Email. Is that the email address for each individual poker room or am I supposed to list my same email address in every box for everyone of my numerous poker room accounts. My wife and I have different opinions of which email address should be put here and I can't seem to find an answer on the web site anywhere. Thank you for your assistance

  Hey Zed, I am still wondering if I will receive the 1500 ps point bonus for depositing and finishing the qualification to get the bonus at power poker?
