BirdsinDirt (Pair of twos) wrote Wednesday, December 23 at 10:45 am:Christmas--that magic blanket that wraps itself about us, that something so intangible that it is like a fragrance. It may weave a spell of nostalgia. Christmas may be a day of feasting, or of prayer, but always it will be a day of remembrance--a day in which we think of everything we have ever loved.

Poker should always be second to familly. Take all the time you need off. You know how the saying goes "Absence makes the heart grow fonder". I'm sure when you start playing again you'll be destroying those S&G's again ;)

Have you played at boss meadia network? Standard 10% rake on all limits + they operate in euro (so there for again more $$$) + i hear the euro sites are very soft + you get rakeback.
I dont know how you feel about 10seated tables though? I havnt played there yet...I'd liek to at some point though.

jonnyjm (Jack high) wrote Monday, July 27, 2009 at 8:50 am:Yes the less rake does help with the profit, but the thing i didnt like about bodog is you can only play 4 tables at once. You say you only play 2 though? So i guess that doesnt affect you atall...Bodog is a very weak site so i expect you may be able to manage a slightly higher than normall ROI.
Is this 40% ROI your on for STT? With my challange i started playing 27seated S&G opposistion are real poor on the $1 (yet to get to $3). On the 45 seated 25'cs im crushing a 80% ROI. But on the 27 seated $1 I'm currently on a 44% ROI (players are just so bad). Im intrested to know weather 40% is mantainable on the $3 27 seated S&Gs...this would then be equivelent to a solid ROI on $5 STT's. I have a feeling they may be more profitable but i carnt make conclussions until A) Sarmple sizes are bigger B) I'm playing higher stakes ($10+). Eairly conclusions are i'm better at these, as with STT on $5 stakes at Full-Tilt im only mantaining a 15% ROI (but in my deffence i do 8/12table). Nother the less i think thats ok having only switched to S&G 3months ago so there for theres ALOT to learn still.
How is your sarmple size & ROI looking now?
