*Text		<p>Hey Pokerspacers!</p><p>I've had a lot of questions about the <strong>Pokerspace tracker</strong>, so that's definitely something I want to discuss - how to download correctly to ensure you are on the Pokerspace tracker, how to get tracked, and how to convert to our tracker.</p><p>When you download a poker room through the links on Pokerspace for the first time (meaning you never had an account at that poker room before) you will be tracked to Pokerspace. This means, essentially, that you will be able to receive the offers that we have with that brand.</p><p>For example, if you want to receive rakeback for Carbon Poker, you have never had an account with them before, and you downloaded Carbon through the download links on the Carbon Poker Rakeback page, you will be tracked to Pokerspace and get a percentage of your rake back.</p><p>Sometimes you will notice your <a href="/stats/">Room Stats</a> showing a poker room as <strong>not being verified</strong>, <strong>not tracked</strong>, or <strong>not trackable</strong>. Here are some of the reasons why this may occur:</p><p><strong><span style="font-size:medium; line-height: 1.2em;">1) </span></strong>You had an account with that brand downloaded through another site</p><p><strong><span style="font-size:medium; line-height: 1.2em;">2)</span></strong> You had that brand downloaded on your computer or under your IP address in the past</p><p><strong><span style="font-size:medium; line-height: 1.2em;">3)</span></strong> You did not download it through the links on Pokerspace correctly</p><p><strong><span style="font-size:medium; line-height: 1.2em;">4)</span></strong> You have not been active on that room specifically</p><p><strong><span style="font-size:medium; line-height: 1.2em;">5)</span></strong> We don't receive regular reports for this brand because this brand doesn't offer any Pokerspace-specific (points or rakeback) perks - i.e: <strong>ALL </strong>brands under the <a href="/rooms/deposit-bonus-codes/">Deposit Bonus Code</a> tab.</p><p><strong>Lets discuss issue # 4</strong>. We receive daily, weekly, or bi-weekly reports for the brands listed on the <a href="/rooms/rakeback-deals/">Rakeback Deals page</a> and the <a href="/rooms/loyalty-points/">PS Loyalty Points page</a>. If you don't play on the rooms - specifically in cash games - you may not be showing up on these reports. While the brands may have you tracked to Pokerspace in their records, they don't put you on the report that they give us because you have not been active. If you believe this is the issue, I would suggest playing in a couple of cash games. After 3-8 business days if you still do not see your account displaying a little green checkmark beside it, feel free to contact me at <a href="/">support@pokerspace.com</a>.</p><p><strong>As points # 5 illustrates</strong>, sometimes we don't get reports from brands. For the brands listed on the <a href="/rooms/deposit-bonus-codes/">Deposit Bonus Codes page</a>, this is true. Since Pokerspace doesn't host any tournaments at these rooms, or have specific PS points or rakeback deals with them, <strong>they do not provide us with regular reporting</strong>. If this status were to change in the future, they would provide us with reports and we would be able to verify any members who downloaded though Pokerspace. Until then, however, these brands will remain <strong>NOT TRACKABLE.</strong></p><p><strong>As point # 1 and 2 illustrate</strong>, there are many cases when members come to Pokerspace with already existing accounts on the brands or because a family member or roommate held an account with one of the brands that was downloaded through a different affiliate site. In these cases, you are being tracked to the site where you originally downloaded. *Text		<p>Hello again!</p><p>I have been getting a lot of questions pertaining to why when you download a brand you aren't getting the deal you selected when you registered your name on Pokerspace. Just thought I would take this opportunity to explain it for everyone.</p><p>I would first suggest that you look over all the brands you currently don't have and read what they can give you.</p><p>The first kind of brand offers that we have are the Rakeback deals, which will give a percentage of your rake paid back to you. Each brand page under the <a href="/rooms/rakeback-deals/">Rakeback tab</a> will specify the requirements, and any other extras you can get (like deposit bonuses) for the brand.</p><p>The second kind of offer we have on PS are the <a href="/rooms/loyalty-points/">PS Loyalty Points</a> deals. The brands contained on this page can offer you EITHER PS Points for your play OR a one-time deposit bonus PS Points injection of 4-6K PS Points.</p><p>The third kind of offer we have on Pokerspace is the Deposit Bonus deals. You can find these deals on the brands located in the <a href="/rooms/deposit-bonus-codes/">Deposit Bonus Codes page</a>. These are SOLELY cash deposit bonuses, and are granted by the Poker Rooms themselves. Even if you download via our links you will not show as tracked/not tracked for ANY of these brands.</p><p><img alt="" src="/uploaded-images-1/1237481500-69747-470.jpg" /></p><p><br /> Once you have done researching which offers you would like to take advantage of, and on which brands, you can click on that deal (see below for a diagram of where you click) and click the download button. Please follow the instructions carefully, and make sure you double check you are downloading on the page that displays the offer and brand you are looking for.</p><p><strong>(A)</strong><img alt="" src="/uploaded-images-2/1237481596-42511-470.jpg" /></p><p><strong>(B)</strong></p><p><img alt="" src="/uploaded-images-3/1237481530-28310-470.jpg" /></p><p><br /><strong>NOTE</strong>: If you download via the Carbon Poker page located in the PS Loyalty Points page, you will earn PS Points for your play. You <strong>CANNOT</strong> get rakeback if you download via this page. Then, click on <a href="/community/profile/1.html?action=edit&profile=rooms">Poker Rooms</a>, and select the "Register An Account" tab. *Text		<p>Hey Pokerspacers!</p><p>This week I thought I would highlight a feature that has been getting a lot of attention since it was brought to Pokerspace - the Room Stats page. You can access this page a couple of ways; via your Quick Links menu and under the Rooms tab in the main menu.</p><p>It is important to register any Poker Room you have accounts on. Whether you downloaded the room software from our links or not, registering your brand account information will allow you to participate in PS-exclusive tournaments at that brand, and will allow us to assist you if you encounter problems with that brand. To register a brand account on Pokerspace (after the room has been downloaded and an account has been created), you have to follow these steps:</p><p><strong>a) </strong>Go to your profile page</p><p><strong>b)</strong> Click on the Edit Profile link under your Pokerspace alias</p><p><strong>c)</strong> Click on the Poker Rooms tab</p><p><strong>d)</strong> Select which brand you would like to register</p><p><strong>e)</strong> Follow the instructions - did you download via Pokerspace, etc. - and answer honestly, or else your account will not get validated one way or the other</p><p><strong>f)</strong> Input your information ~ pay close attention to the details we ask you for because they are different on each brand, and are essential for us to validate your account</p><p>Once you have registered your rooms, you will see this information updated on your Room Stats page.</p><p><strong>UPDATES</strong>:<br /> The main question PS members ask support is when their room stats will be updated, and whether they will be tracked to Pokerspace. While I already wrote a blog about this here, I thought that this blog should review a bit of what I wrote. Depending on the message that is shown, their concern is valid, but the issue is never that serious, so don't be afraid to shoot us a message at <a href="/">support@pokerspace.com</a> and someone will be happy to look into the issue for you. In the meantime, here is a simple breakdown of the wait times:</p><p><strong>a)</strong> If you downloaded the software from PS and created a first-time account, it can take up to 10 business days to validate your account <strong>IF </strong>you have deposited, played in cash games, and have been raking consistently</p><p><strong>b)</strong> You will notice that any brand downloaded via the Deposit Bonus Codes page will not get validated one way or the other because we don't receive reports for these brands. This fact does not affect your account in any way</p><p><strong>c)</strong> If you downloaded via another site your account will not be tracked to Pokerspace but should be shown as "not-tracked" within the 10 business days. Remember that brands located via the Deposit Bonus Codes page will not get validated one way or the other because we don't receive reports for these brands</p><p><strong>MESSAGES</strong>:<br /> There are <strong>five messages</strong> that you will see associated with your accounts. These are as follows:</p><p>--- <strong>Verifying</strong>: Waiting for the poker room to validate your account.</p><p>This is pretty self-explanatory; however, you will notice that this is the message that shows for a long time if you are finding yourself in situation (b) or (c) above.</p><p>--- <strong>Pending</strong>: Your account has been validated and will receive the PS points once you complete the requirements.</p><p>The above message will show for specific offers only, such as the Carbon Poker PS Loyalty Points offer. Your account has been validated and put on our tracker, but you have not completed the $50 deposit and 1000 comp point earning requirement needed to earn out the 5000 PS point deposit bonus point injection. Usually there is a small "?" beside the message will outline what these requirements are.</p><p>--- <strong>Active/Completed</strong>: You are ready to earn points as you play and/or you have earned your Deposit Bonus PS Points.</p><p>This message will be displayed when you have correctly downloaded and registered your information and you are appearing on our reports. Your stats should be updated on a weekly basis.</p><p>--- <strong>Completed but not found</strong>: We cannot offer you an exclusive offer. Please contact <a href="/">support@pokerspace.com</a>.</p><p>This message will show when you did not download via our links (or you have not YET shown on our reports). Give it a week and contact support if you encounter this message.</p><p>--- <strong>Not Trackable:</strong> Unfortunately, we are unable to verify accounts on this poker room.</p><p>This message will show when you have submitted information for a brand that we do not receive reports for, and that we do not offer an exclusive deal with. Included in this status are any brands listed under on the "<a href="/rooms/deposit-bonus-codes/">Deposit Bonus Codes</a>" page.</p><p><strong>THE PAGE DIAGRAM</strong>:<br /> This diagram displays some of the options you may encounter. Please understand where you stand before contacting support, and when you do contact us, please make sure you give us specific information or it can take a long time for us to update you on the situation.</p><p><img src="/uploaded-images-3/1242922493-60415-470.jpg" alt="" /></p><p><strong>DEFINING THE COLUMNS/FEATURES</strong>:<br /> The columns titled "<strong>Rakeback</strong>" and "<strong>PS Points</strong>" will be updated weekly (sometimes daily), but please note that they will be set to "0" once we finalize the month-end. This means that these stats are monthly and not overall. The "<strong>Last Updated</strong>" column shows the last time that we inputted the stats for a specific brand. The report may not contain information that is specific to your account, so please do not worry if you see that date update, but your stats stay the same.</p><p>The final feature on this page is the <strong>Add an Offer</strong> drop-down menus. If you feel like adding another brand, go ahead and select another brand. Note that you are only allowed to add one offer per brand (though more may be offered).</p><p>If there is anything else you believe I missed about this page, and the feature in general, let me know and I will try to answer your questions and concerns!
