Ridonkulou5 (Trip deuces) wrote Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 4:02 pm:Your thought process is a little off. If they are going out 3-7 at a time, we can assume they are looser then average & we actually want a loose range to call. No need to shove the flop, there isn't that many draws & we have more streets to extract his 1/5th pot bet. He should call basically every time, but sometimes people are just spaztards.

HappyGilmore (Ace high flush) wrote Friday, October 21, 2011 at 1:52 pm:Not a bad play on your part IMO. With it folding to U like that and then flopping the trips justifies the shove. If the BB had anything but AA or flopped the trip 10's (which is what I epected to see I believe they would have folded to your shove. I know that when you flipped over the trips post flop they were shitten bricks. This is a typical Merge hand though. Congrats on cashing in though bud. That tourney is hard to cash in because of the loose play..
