id call the river and if he has 4 jacks then your going to pay him off, you just dont worry about quads because there such an unlikley hand to make.
also if he had trip jacks on the flop he shouldnt check with a flush drew been out there...its just digging a grave if he had a J, i think he deffinatly had Q-10 no questions asked 100% sure he had Q-10!!

This would be the perfect hand to be playing against you. I would be almost certain that he is not bluffing. I would guess he either has Pocket Qs/Ks/As or he has that last Jack.
