In this case i would fold anything but AA or KK. AK AQ QQ JJ - all these hands should be folded and i will explain why :
Ok, so UTG minraised, button called. Button have 900 chips left behind in this hand, and the blinds aproaches to him so lets say he folds to UTGs cbet on the flop, and has 900 chips left. Lets say .. UTG Makes a cbet and button reraises all in, and wins a hand in that case UTG will have only 1500 chips left with the blinds aproaching to him. And dont forget a big blind that is also prety short in chips. Now lets say, Button wins this hand and doubles up, so the big blind next hand will push big variety of hands into a bb(UTG), and big blind will call with a wide range of hands becouse of his los in the last hand, and becouse he is a fish for what i have seen. Anyway, this is what can i tell you with the information that is given here, Reraise all in was bad move there as you have no fold equity.
