Moving forward all stakes between $0.10/$0.25 and $1/$2 will only contribute a maximum of $0.25 per hand.<br /><br /> "We take all player feedback into consideration when designing our promotions," commented Americas Cardroom spokesperson Michael Harris. "Our mid-stakes players felt that the bad beat jackpot had too big of an effect on their win rates. *Text		<p>Hello all,</p><p>the month of October 2011 has just started and if you already checked out the <a href="/calendar/"> <img style="margin-bottom:-1px;" src="/images/quicklinks/my_calendar.gif" alt="" />Calendar</a>, you probably noticed some changes to the weekly schedule. Due to the lack of activity, the weekly Freeroll on PowerPoker will not be hosted anymore for now, however the Buy-In league will continue with 500 PS Points added for each game.</p><p>New on the weekly schedule:</p><p><a href="/community/events/2011/10/04/luvin-220-cash-buy-in/">Luvin 2.20 Cash Buy-In</a> - <strong>Tuesdays @ 10.05pm EST</strong></p><p><a href="/community/events/2011/10/07/500-ps-points-freezeout/">500 PS Points Freezeout</a> - <strong>Fridays @ 9.05pm EST</strong></p><p>As of now, there will be 5 cash buy-in <a href="/promotions/leagues/">Indy Leagues</a> in October and the <a href="/promotions/leagues/2011-10-feltstars-300-ps-point-buy-in-league/">FeltStars 300 PS Points League</a> will continue as well. We are currently in negotiations with TitanPoker to host the cash added league again but this was delayed last month already due to technical problems.</p><p>Same as in September 2011, we have two <a href="/promotions/cash-races/">Cash Races</a> with $$$ guaranteed for the top 10 of each race leaderboard and additionally there is a <a href="/promotions/cash-races/27/">PowerPoker FPP Chase</a> where you decide how much extra money you win based on the earned FPP.</p><h3><a href="/promotions/cash-races/25/">Doyles $250 Cash Race (US)</a></h3><h3><a href="/promotions/cash-races/26/">EuroPoker $500 Cash Race (non US)</a></h3><p>The Cash Races for September 2011 have already been finalized and all accolades for each top 3 have been awarded, the payout requests are forwarded and the prizes should be credited to your player accounts within the next 2-3 business days.</p><p>We are currently also in negotiations with FeltStars and PokerPlayerCafe to host Races or Rake Restricted games for all tracked players and will keep you updated as soon as there is a confirmation.</p><p>In October there are 5 weekends, thus we have decided to take the 2nd weekend off for the <a href="/promotions/crew-cup/points-battles/">October Crew Battle</a> and run 4 games total to determine the next winner. In the last 2 months, <a href="/community/crews/krew-kazulty/">.~Krew Kazulty~.</a> took down first place and it will be interesting to see if they can score the triple.</p><p><strong>Furthermore, we are also working on the details for the next regular Crew Cup as well and will be in touch with potential hosting poker rooms. </strong>Since this requires some planning and negotiations, we just wanted to drop this info in here and hope to announce more specific details in the not so distant future.</p><p>We are also in touch with 1-2 US friendly poker rooms and hope to add them to our listed deals soon as well.
