Hello!

Pokerspace offers its members a virtual currency system that allows them to earn and spend points within the community, through a variety of unique and rewarding features. I'll be going through the basics of this system, introducing you to the process (for new members), and re-introducing this system to previous PS members!

Firstly, WHAT is this virtual currency?

Our Loyalty Points system rewards PS Points to members for a variety of activities on our site. These points are automatically credited to your Pokerspace account.

Essentially, these PS Points act like money, in that you can use them to purchase items in our PS Store, you can purchase lottery tickets in our PS Lounge, and you can buy-in to exclusive tournaments listed in our calendar.

WHERE can I track how many PS Points I have earned and spent?

You can view your PS Points bankroll under your Quick Links menu located on the far right of the page as shown in the figure below.

If you would like to view a breakdown of your PS Points history, this can be done by following these steps.

1. Sign into your PS Account
2. Click on the total points in the Quick Links menu (to the right of your profile)
3. On the right hand side of your PS Points page, you will see "My PS Points Bankroll"
4. Beneath that is "View History", click on this to view your total earnings and spending.

After clicking the total points link you can also click the "Transaction History" tab directly below the main menu.

WHY do you want to earn PS Points?

There are many activities throughout the Pokerspace community that require you to use your points to engage in them. One such activity is buying into PS Point freerolls and PS Point buy-in tournaments. To be able to join this event, you need to have the points in your account. When you click the "join" button, the points will be automatically taken from your account [these don't get refunded after one hour before the tournament begins].

But with PS Points you can also buy into our daily lotto, and/or save up for some awesome poker items and PS gear!

HOW can I earn PS Points?

There are a plethora of activities within the Pokerspace community that will give you Pokerspace Points. These community activities includes: uploading a profile pic (50), joining/creating a crew (10), creating a group (20), adding 10 buddies (20), posting in the forum (5 each for first 4 posts), filling in your profile information (20).

You will also be credited with 5 PS points for every quiz you pass and 25 PS Points for each course test you pass. Check out our school for more details.

The best way to earn points though, is by depositing and playing on our Poker Rooms that have PS Point deals. We have many brands, each offering a different deal to members. Some poker rooms offer unlimited PS Points known as "PS Points for play" deals; while others will give PS Points for depositing and acheiving some FPP or raked hands requirement (note that you must download the software through our links and then create the account to be eligible for our offers).

WHEN do these points get issued into the PS account?

For all community and school point earning activities the PS Points are automatically sent to your account. If you feel it has been a longer-than-normal wait-time for your PS Points injection, just send off a detailed email to support@pokerspace.com, and someone will be happy to assist you with your missing PS Points.

For tournaments that have PS Points in the prizepool, the points will usually get into your account within 1-2 business days. However, sometimes there are delays so this wait-time may increase depending on the circumstances. Keep in mind we always try to get the points in your account asap though.

How Can I Earn Even More PS Points?

Pokerspace runs a monthly promotion called VIP Rewards. By reaching monthly PS Point or Rakeback milestones (visit the VIP Rewards promotion page for details), we will reward your Pokerspace account with a sick PS Points bonus within a week in the new month. Hitting either of the first milestones will also change your 'status' to VIP and grant you access to 2 weekly VIP exclusive tournaments that have loads of money and/or PS Points added to the prizepools!

I hope this introduction to the PS Points system here at Pokerspace will give you a bit of insight into their dynamic presence in our community! If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@pokerspace.com - we would love to hear from you!
